Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in various departments based on daily needs. Adjust care techniques and practices in real-time based on specific patient conditions and departmental requirements. Participate in interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and patient care planning. Monitor and record patient health status and responses to treatment while ensuring documentation meets compliance standards. Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and hospital stays to support informed decision-making and care continuity. Administer medications and treatments meticulously, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and standards. Support other nursing staff and assist with training and development to foster a collaborative and skilled team environment.
