As an Audiologist at Carle Health, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values progressive approaches to healthcare. Administer and interpret various tests to determine the nature and extent of hearing and balance disorders. Fit and dispense hearing aids and other assistive listening devices. Counsel and educate patients and their families on hearing health care including prevention, treatment options and strategies for communication. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care. Participate in community outreach programs to promote hearing health. Maintain accurate patient records and use them to develop effective treatment plans.
