Job Description HealthPlus Staffing is seeking for a Long Time Care Medical Director to join a growing Medical Group in Decatur IN (Just 30 minutes south of Fort Wayne). - Will serve as Medical Director for 4 Long Term Care Facilities and 4 Assisted Living Facilities in the Fort Wayne Area and serve as the Supervising Physician for 5 Geriatric Focused Nurse Practitioners to assist in Providing Regulatory Rounds and Acute Visits. - Schedule is variable, but 40 hours per week. - About 10 PPD - Would prefer experience with Post Acute Care - Looking ASAP - EMR: Epic - BC, or have the intent on being BC - No J1 or H1, loan reimbursement negotiable - Competitive Base Salary, plus Sign-on, Quality, Productivity bonuses - Full benefits More...
