Give us a call opt 1 Job Details: - Shift: 12H Days - Total Weekly Hours: 36 - Certifications: ACLS, BLS - Trauma Level: - Facility Specific Job Notes: Required Experience and Qualifications:/n/n- At least 2 years of previous Med Surg experience/n- ACLS certification/n- BLS certification/n- Driver's License/n- Work history/resume/n- Skills checklist (completed within 1 year of submission date)/n- License verification/n- One supervisory reference required at the time of submission/n/nPreferred Experience:/n/n- Stepdown/Cardiac experience/n/nCertifications:/n/n- ACLS (AHA)/n- BLS (AHA)/n/nState Licenses:/n/n- Illinois/n- Iowa/n/nAdditional Notes:/n/n- Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility, unless in Madison where local is accepted with a 10% rate reduction.
