The ideal candidate will have a robust capacity for both teamwork and independent problem-solving in high-stress situations, ensuring effective response to emergencies with a focus on fire services. Respond to fire alarms and other emergency calls. Protect life and property through combating, extinguishing, and preventing fires. Partake in rigorous physical and technical training to perform rescues. Maintain fire equipment, apparatus, and facilities. Educate the community on fire safety and prevention measures. Conduct inspections and enforce fire codes within community and workplace environments of our clients. Participate in continuous education to learn new firefighting techniques and safety protocols. Prepare detailed reports on emergency incidents. Proficiency in using firefighting and rescue tools and equipment. Strong physical conditioning and stamina. Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and make decisions under extreme pressure. Skill in providing first aid and CPR.
