Job Description SpineSearch is partnering with a growing Long Island–based neurosurgery group seeking Physician Assistants to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced PAs and new graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, high-acuity setting. Position Overview: This is a hospital-based role with a focus on inpatient care. The PA will work closely with neurosurgeons and clinical staff, supporting patient care across the inpatient floors, operating room, and emergency department. Key Responsibilities: Provide inpatient care management for neurosurgical patients First assist in the operating room Perform ED consults and evaluations Collaborate with attending physicians and multidisciplinary teams Participate in patient assessments, treatment planning, and follow-ups Qualifications: Licensed (or eligible) Physician Assistant in New York Strong interest in neurosurgery and acute care Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment New graduates are encouraged to apply More...
