Job Description Job Description CMM Programmer / Metrology Specialist – Direct Hire, 1st Shift Location: Rochester, NH Rate: $34–$44/HR – Based on Experience Why This Role is for You Work hands-on with advanced CMM inspection and metrology equipment Join a precision-focused manufacturing team where your expertise matters Direct hire: full-time stability, benefits, and growth opportunities What You’ll Do Program, troubleshoot, and optimize CMM inspection plans for machined components Conduct GR&R studies and validate measurement systems Analyze and communicate inspection data using SPC and quality reports Build, calibrate, and maintain stylus systems and fixturing Support production teams to reduce defects and improve processes What You Need 3 years CMM programming experience (PC-DMIS, Calypso, Modus, or similar) Strong knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5) Hands-on experience with machined parts and inspection equipment Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with teams Schedule & Environment 1st Shift – full-time, occasional overtime Hands-on, technical work in a precision manufacturing environment Primarily standing, occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs) Pay Details: $34.00 to $44.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
