As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing complex and high-risk cardiac patients, utilizing the latest in medical technology and evidence-based practices to ensure optimal outcomes. Provide direct nursing care to high-risk cardiac patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Educate patients about health management and maintenance within the scope of cardiac care, extending to families and caregivers. Administer medications, monitor critical vital signs, and swiftly act in emergency situations. Collaborate with cardiologists and other medical professionals to plan, implement, or evaluate patient treatment plans.
