Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. Adjust nursing care processes as indicated to ensure optimal patient care. Record patients' medical histories and symptoms, administer treatment and medications, and observe reactions and side effects. Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing functions and medical terminologies. Guide and supervise assigned nursing staff, facilitate newly hired staff training. Respond to emergencies with competence and composure. Strong clinical skills with ability to maintain flexibility and composure in a varied environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
