Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs and develop individualized support plans. Collaborate with educators, families, and community resources to create a supportive environment for students. Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and advocacy services aimed at promoting positive student outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and support strategies. Qualifications and Experience: Current licensure to practice social work within schools. Proven experience working with children and adolescents in educational or similar settings. Strong knowledge of social work principles, child development, and school-based intervention techniques.
