Our nursing staff play a crucial role in monitoring patient progress and responding to medical needs, supported by state-of-the-art technology and a collaborative healthcare team. Monitor patient vitals and condition, responding appropriately to changes. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by attending medical staff. Document patient care services accurately, maintaining confidentiality and security of patient medical information. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, manage, and assess patient treatments. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and healthcare needs post-discharge. Participate in continuous education to maintain competence and professional skills.
