Job Description Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy experience required. A physical therapist opportunity is available for the Extended School Year (ESY) program in Huntingdon County, PA, serving two nearby school sites. This per diem role offers a focused caseload during the summer months. Location: Huntingdon County, PA (two schools approximately 15-20 minutes apart) Schedule and Caseload: 6/23/26 to 7/16/26 (4 weeks) 4 students Sessions include: Two 30-minute sessions spread over four weeks One 45-minute session once per week One 30-minute session once per week for four weeks 6/22/26 to 8/3/26 (6 weeks) 1 student (session duration to be determined) Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy services in-person to school-age students during the ESY program Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation according to PDE requirements Qualifications: Valid Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) credentials for school-based physical therapy Experience working with school-aged children as a physical therapist Willingness to provide services in-person at both school locations This contract position offers the opportunity to deliver specialized support during the summer term in Lewistown, PA, and contribute to student development in a school setting.
