Responsibilities: Deliver competent nursing care for patients with complex medical and surgical needs within the operating room setting. Utilize nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Participate in the development of individualized patient care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Conduct patient and family education, assessing readiness, developmental levels, and learning needs. Engage in continuous learning by attending educational programs and applying new knowledge. Support discharge planning by assessing and anticipating patient and family needs. Collaborate in performance improvement activities and unit goal achievement. Promote a safe, clean, and secure hospital environment. Communicate effectively within interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care. Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with proven experience in Operating Room nursing. Ability to manage complex patient situations with sound assessment and prioritization skills.
