Job Description Independently perform Senior level technical support within the maintenance department. Trains lower-level Technicians on more advanced tasks. Responsibilities Adhere to Abbvies code of conduct; Maintains the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met. Assists in root cause investigation and reliability centered maintenance analysis Capable of training others on tasks. Is proficient in multiple skilled trade disciplines and creates or edits maintenance job plans Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows). Fully proficient in their core function, performing advanced level tasks Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization Supports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site Understands and follows all safety and GMP regulations Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization Qualifications HS diploma with 10 yrs. Experience or Relevant Certificate with 5 yrs. experience or Associates technical degree with 3 yrs. Experience, or proficient in two or more skilled maintenance functions. CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (i.e. machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools) Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows). Electrical experience up to 480V is a plus. Relevant experience is pharmaceutical packaging or GMP environment is preferred.
