Plan and coordinate the effective movement of freight across the transportation network. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless delivery schedules. Optimize routes to improve cost-efficiency and delivery times. Monitor and report on transportation costs, delivery timelines, and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with national and international transportation regulations. Address and resolve any issues that arise during transportation quickly and effectively. Work closely with drivers and other transportation staff to ensure a high standard of safety and efficiency. Strong knowledge of logistics and route management software. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proven ability to solve problems and make decisions in real-time. Strong computer and data analysis skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
