Facilities Maintenance/HVAC Tech -About the Job:The Maintenance Tech performs maintenance and service throughout Hopedale Medical Complex and other properties owned and/or operated by Hopedale Medical Foundation. The Maintenance/HVAC Tech will maintain HVAC equipment throughout the complex -Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment, residential and commercial.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical systems, residential and commercial.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain and repair fans, pumps, coolers, boilers, and general equipment
• Inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing
• Complete general maintenance tasks
• Assemble furniture
• Maintain grounds, including snow removal and shoveling -
• Lawn equipment maintenance
• PM vehicles
• Prepare areas for construction
