Job Description:Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists to work at a partnering school district in Belvidere, Illinois. School-Based Occupational Therapist Contract Details: -$45 - $47 an hour -School-based Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) - School Year

• Schedule: Part-time 3 days per week
• Start Date: August 2025
• End Date: May 2026
• Location: Belvidere, IL
• Assignment Details: Elementary School, Middle School, and High School: resource and life skills
  • $3,000 assignment bonus available conditions apply; ask recruiter for details
  • Develop and implement educational and therapy programs based on evaluation results
  • Evaluates students to identify needs and determine eligibility for therapy services
  • Collect therapy data, maintain accurate student records, and monitor progress toward student goals
  • Work collaboratively and communicate with school interdisciplinary team and student guardians
  • Schedule follows the school district calendar
  • Will provide occupational therapy services according to student IEP
    • Assigned schools may include various grade levels
    • May be asked to travel between school locations

        Requirements:
        • IDFPR Occupational Therapist license
          • American Heart Association BLS
            • Prior experience with pediatrics or in a school setting is preferred but not requiredSupplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law (including San Francisco Ordinance , Los Angeles Municipal Code 189.00, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act).
