We're looking for a highly driven full-time real estate managing broker to lead our top-performing team. You'll recruit new agents to grow your real estate brokerage, create training materials to develop high-producing agents, and oversee operations to ensure company success.

Responsibilities:

--- Run all operational aspects of the brokerage including the company's MLS listings and overseeing all transactions the real estate agents perform
--- Help real estate agents with marketing materials and support the brokerage with creative online and social media promotion to increase sales
--- Expand our brokerage by hiring top-performing realtors for our team
--- Make training materials for new real estate agents and develop them to perform up to our brokerage's high standards
--- Collaborate with the leadership team on retention strategies to ensure our brokerage keeps our top performers
--- Be the main point of contact between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful sale
--- Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process
--- Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
--- Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
--- Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads

Qualifications:

--- Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team
--- Applicants need a managing broker's license
--- 3+ years of experience as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent
--- Excellent customer service and communication skills
--- Strong understanding of the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance
--- Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
--- Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
--- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
