• Select and change roll thread dies, work rests and associated machine settings to perform the roll thread operation.Set thread size and visual characteristics to meet print specifications. Select and set appropriate gauges to print specifications.Run 1st piece part, make necessary adjustments to attain quality characteristics per print specifications and complete necessary paperwork to attain a set-up approval.
  Load parts, cycle machine, check parts at designated intervals and make necessary adjustments accordingly to maintain specified dimensions.
  Package and tag parts, complete all required paperwork associated with this process.
  • Maintain all machine fluid levelsSign out all necessary gauging equipment from Q.A. and set gauges per print specifications
  • Evaluate thread dies for possible replacement due to wear.  Roll Thread Qualifications & Experience
    • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary or trades / technical education and certifications preferred
    • Mechanical aptitude and shop math competencies
    • Strong ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
    • Ability to read and understand blueprints
    • Strong ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, suppliers, and plant leadership Benefits:

      • ...and much more! The hourly rate of pay for this position is $19.50 - $22.50 per hour and is commensurate on experience and education. This full-time position is eligible to participate in the paid time off plan, 401k, and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision.
