We take pride in building strong, supportive teams and providing exceptional healthcare services.Your Role:As Assistant Director of Nursing, you will play a critical leadership role, supporting the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing operations, enhancing clinical care, and fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.Key Responsibilities: - Leadership Support: Assist the Director of Nursing in managing and guiding the nursing team toward excellence and engagement.
- Clinical Oversight: Help ensure high standards of nursing care through clinical supervision, mentoring, and education.
- Quality Improvement: Contribute to developing and implementing quality assurance initiatives to enhance resident outcomes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Support compliance with state, federal, and facility policies and procedures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize resident care.Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois
- Prior nursing leadership experience, such as Nurse Manager, Unit Manager, or ADON role (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of SNF regulations, care planning, and best practices
