They enjoy helping the service team grow and excel by training and coaching the team to their full potential. They are responsible for the selling of service work and repairs, equipment upgrades & preventative maintenance that includes scheduling equipment and personnel. Responsibilities: - Responsible for pricing proposals to customers
- Manage, mentor, train & grow our service team
- Coordinate service repairs, equipment upgrades & preventative maintenance to including scheduling of equipment and personnel
- Ensure customer satisfaction is met by improving the lives of the people we serve
- Continuously improve knowledge of construction in general and how Haldeman-Homme, Inc operates to benefit the customer
- Constantly be learning through training from suppliers, trade shows, seminars, independent study, and other employees
- Communicate with the service team throughout each project, to ensure proper, prompt completion of the job
- Regularly review and monitor team progress against team goals
- Communicate effectively with associates, superiors, vendors, and customers
- Ask and obtain customer referrals and web recommendations.

- Previous management experience preferred;
- Excellent customer service track record. Must be capable of understanding client needs and favorably influence their decision;
- Mechanical and Carpentry skills preferred and/or at least 2 years of experience in a service role.
- Must have a good working knowledge of Haldeman-Homme, Inc products, and services being offered. This may require additional study and training both on and off-site;
- Possess superior interpersonal skills;
- Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings;
- Must be able to accurately list and/or order materials and supplies;
- Must be able to work under time and budgetary constraints;
- Superior time management skills;
- Adaptable to changing work schedules as the business dictates;
- Strong technical and organizational skills in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills, in a professional environment;
- Proficient computer skills extent necessary to fulfill this function. Should also be comfortable with the use of smartphones, text messaging, and email;
- Ability to communicate well with project managers, supervisors & customers in general.
- Foster positive teamwork relationships with fellow employee-owners.
- Clean, neat, and professional appearance;
- Work and drive safely with being able to recognize and avoid dangerous situations;
