As a Matrimonial Law Attorney at our firm, you will engage with complex cases, support clients in divorce proceedings, and offer skilled legal guidance on areas like child custody and asset allocation. The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $125,000 plus bonus potential. The actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
--- Conduct initial consultations with clients seeking legal advice on matrimonial and paternity matters.
--- Represent clients in court proceedings related to divorce, child custody, and spousal support.
--- Draft legal documents such as petitions, motions, and settlement agreements.
--- Conduct legal research on relevant laws and precedents to build strong cases for clients.
--- Provide ongoing legal counsel and guidance to clients throughout the legal process.

Qualifications:
--- 3 - 5+ years of experience practicing family law, specifically in matrimonial cases.
--- Licensed attorney in the state of Illinois.
--- Strong understanding of Illinois family law statutes and regulations.
--- Proven track record of successful case outcomes in matrimonial disputes.
--- Excellent negotiation and mediation skills.
