Position's Contributions to Work Group:

Daily Purchasing support
Monthly financial closing activities
Monthly financial reporting activities
Create standard job work and identify activities that could be redirected to a shared services group


Typical task breakdown:

Managing POs and spend for those projects as they execute
Month-end closing activities to clean up system grief, create journal entries, create accruals, explain monthly variances, create reporting presentations/slides



Education & Experience Required:

4 year Bachelor's degree required
Preferred to be concentrated in Accounting


Skills:

Highly skilled with Excel (advanced formulas)/Powerpoint
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
3+ years of experience working with capital investment analysis, product cost analysis, business proposal analysis, or similar
3+ years of financial reporting and monthly closing activities
CMA or CPA certified
Skilled in Microsoft Access
Skilled with Power BI and other analysis tools



Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
