• Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm, no call/weekends/float required
• Average of 6 patients per day
• Adult inpatient acute care hospital with outpatient services
• Oncology based with STEM cell unit
• Upper extremity and adaptive equipment focus
• 1 year experience required, may consider new grads
• Home assessment and pre-discharge planning included
