<span>Data Analyst Job in Chicago, IL<br>&nbsp;<br>Our leading legal client located in downtown Chicago is currently seeking a Data Analyst for an exciting permanent opportunity. &nbsp;My client offers excellent benefits and was named one of Chicago Tribune&rsquo;s Top Workplaces 3 years in a row.<br>&nbsp;<br>Specific duties and responsibilities of the Data Analyst job include:<br>&bull;Assist in collecting and analyzing data from various sources including but not limited to Remedy, user data sources such as surveys, etc. to assist in understanding business and user needs.<br>&bull;Analyze Service Desk tickets to identify trends and recommend action items to address new or ongoing issues.<br>&bull;Produce a variety of reports that summarize and analyze data from Quarterly IT Surveys to assist in understanding user satisfaction.<br>&bull;Develop usage reports on applications to assist in identifying underutilized applications or issues that may require attention. &nbsp;Assist in the support of new and existing applications by providing analysis of usage.<br>&bull;Produce analysis based on operational data to support processes and provide data for projects.<br>&nbsp;<br>Minimum requirements and experience for this Data Analyst job are:<br>&bull;Experience with windows compatible personal computers, and Microsoft Windows XP.<br>&bull;Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.<br>&bull;Strong communication skills with the demonstrated ability to develop reports that summarize a large quantity of data.<br>&bull;Working knowledge of various data analysis tools.<br>&bull;Prior law firm experience preferred.<br>&nbsp;<br>This Data Analyst job will not last long. &nbsp;Our client has an aggressive timeline and is looking to hire immediately for this position.<br>&nbsp;<br>To be considered, you must apply online now and submit your resume. &nbsp;We are actively monitoring all applies. &nbsp;Apply below! &nbsp;And, thanks for partnering with Modis!<br>&nbsp;<br></span> More...
