<span>Modis is currently seeking a Business Intelligence Consultant with strengths in QlikView Data Visualization software for an exciting 6+ contract opportunity with our Commercial Banking client, located in the heart of Downtown Chicago.<br>&nbsp;<br>This individual will be working on a team as a point of contact for building and managing Qlikview dashboards and user interfaces. &nbsp;This will start off as a 6-12+ month contract basis with an option for longer-term conversion. &nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>The day to day responsibilities for this Business Intelligence Developer will include:<br>- Working with QlikView to build dashboards from start to finish<br>- Analyzing, transforming and optimizing large data sets feeding into the QV Dashboards<br>- Applying and customizing dashboard formatting using style sheets <br>Developing QV user interfaces, including creating charts, filter boxes, list boxes, text objects, etc<br>- Using SQL scripts to transform data for various dashboard requirements<br>- Updating and writing SQL code to extract data from source systems into the QV Dashboard<br>&nbsp;<br>REQUIRED SKILLS &amp; CERTIFICATIONS<br>&nbsp;<br>- Preferred Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in a related IT field (minimum Associates Degree required)<br>- Expertise in the use of QlikView Business Discovery Platform<br>- Extensive data modeling experience<br>- Advanced SQL Skills<br> - Preferred experience in QlikView Server Administration<br>&nbsp;<br>If you are interested in this or other Business Intelligence jobs available through Modis, please respond today with your MS Word resume and contact information, or simply visit www.modis.com to view and apply for any number of the contract and full time jobs Modis has available across Chicagoland! <br></span> More...
