This could be the role for you. &nbsp;We need people who want to learn the industry, and within 6 months, convert to a full desk recruiter&mdash;we only want people who are competitive, money motivated, and who want to succeed!<br>&nbsp;<br>Modis is currently hiring a Talent Sourcer for an internal position. &nbsp;The Talent Sourcer is tasked with supporting the branches recruiting efforts by identifying qualified IT candidates, building a pipeline of these candidates by skill set and updating database to ensure all of the required information is obtained and updated. &nbsp;This role is used to develop &ldquo;best practice&rdquo; recruiting behaviors and is a stepping stone into the full recruiter role.<br>&nbsp;<br>After 5-6 months, management performance will be evaluated and we will determine whether they will move into a fully commissionable recruiter role or not. &nbsp;We need people who are hungry and who want to succeed in sales/recruiting. &nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>How to Apply &ndash; Email resumes (Email Address Withheld by Request). &nbsp;Please no phone calls regarding this role at this time.<br>&nbsp;<br>Entry Level Recruiter / Sourcer<br>&nbsp;<br>Responsibilities: <br><ul>

<li>#1 responsibility will be to call prospective candidates and work one on one with recruiters in developing candidate pipeline. &nbsp;Need people who are comfortable on the phone.</li><li>Expecting 250 calls per week (50 per day) minimum. &nbsp;</li><li>Build a pipeline of candidates for skill sets that are needed repeatedly in the branch </li><li>Identify potential candidates that can be proactively marketed to strategic accounts </li><li>Obtain and document sales leads from candidates who are contacted (a qualified lead is defined as a person who hires or manages IT personnel) </li><li>Eventually begin &lsquo;Pre Screen Recruiting&rsquo; and &lsquo;Full Cycle Recruiting&rsquo; once their training and development reaches appropriate levels.</li><li>Participates in special projects and performs other related duties as required.</li></ul>

&nbsp;<br>Qualifications: <br><ul>

<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree</li><li>Ideally targeting candidates with 0-1 years of experience</li><li>Candidates must have a strong desire to (a) succeed in business/sales/recruiting and (b) convert to a recruiter and make high commission</li><li>Must be money/success motivated</li><li>Strong communication skills both verbal and in writing</li><li>Computer literacy to include PC based applications and strong web navigation skills </li><li>Team player attitude and willingness to take direction </li><li>Ability to multi-task </li><li>Ability to work within a large corporate environment </li><li>Ability to build strong relationships externally with candidates and clients as well as internally with consultants and colleagues.</li></ul>
