We are currently looking for individuals to join the 2nd and 3rd shift which also comes with a shift differential!. Employment Types: Full Time, Temp to Hire. Pay Rate: $15.50 - $18.00 / hour Duties: We have two departments we are hiring for; Assembly and Grinding. Job responsibilities for both are as follows, but not limited to: - Maintaining a safe work environment
- Responsible for completing control plan inspections
- Load, unload, sort and inspect proper component parts and assemblies according to control plans and ensures accurate assembly
- Efficiently runs and operates all required equipment
- Completes line start-ups and changeover activities
- Completes other job duties as delegated by department Shift Supervisor or Manager
- Cross-trains into different areas as needed to help maintain production demands
- Steel Toed Boots are Required. Position Requirements: Assembly: Required to frequently lift up to 45 pounds; occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch; rarely required to crawlGrinding: Same requirements as assembly along with; occasionally push/pull up to 80 pounds; rarely lift up to 80 pounds.
