Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for creating and executing the global IT application and project--management strategy. This role partners with key business stakeholders to create--linkages and efficiencies within technology solutions to improve business results.--Partners with the Global VP of Security/Infrastructure in defining specific strategies--globally, develop appropriate ways to introduce the aligned strategies within OSI--Industries and supports the implementation processes in a matrixed organization.Job manages a team, has authority to hire and performance-manage the team.--- Job leads/supervises/manages 1-5 employees.--- Defines the strategy and vision within application solutions and PMO acrossthe global.----- Viewed as a Subject Matter Expert within the organization.----- Directs and manages the activities and employees associated with providing--technical services to internal customers by identifying, prioritizing, and--confirming resolution of reported problems.----- Interprets and explains information to audiences who are not familiar with the--subject matter often requiring persuasion.----- Uses experience or precedent to identify solutions or to adapt existing--approaches to resolved issues.----- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of--the function.----- Supports and maintains effective relationships with business functions.--- This role has the responsibility to understand and places in practice--appropriate safety procedures.
