The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative and highly rewarding.About the Role:In this role, you will be responsible for appropriate scheduling of personnel according to production schedules, collective bargaining agreements, and company needs.-- This includes the layoff of bargaining unit employees consistent with the labor contract and applicable letters of agreement.--Main Responsibilities:Prepare and communicate weekly personnel schedules based on production schedule, bargaining unit contract, and letters of understanding in accordance with applicable timelinesEnsure Kronos is kept up to date and work with Payroll Department to meet payroll deadlinesWork closely with hourly employees, factory management team, human resources and other stakeholders to coordinate all personnel scheduling issues and applicable resolutionCoordinate and execute the job bid and back-up processes in a timely manner for all hourly positions in the factoryWork closely with Supervisor team to track and manage job bid and back up trainingParticipate in and contribute to grievance meetingsProduce documentation requested in information requestsAll other duties as assignedWho we are looking for:Associates Degree in related field AND 1-3 years of related work experienceProficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Kronos WorkforceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills for a demanding and customer focused working environmentAble to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining strong sense of urgency and focus on serviceAbility to interpret and implement Collective Bargaining AgreementsHow to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
