team through our employee recognition programs Job Description:About the Role:The Quality Technician role at the South Beloit location verifies quality support standards are met in the acceptance of raw materials, ingredients, and materials, including but not limited to:Provide appropriate and timely data and support to manage the production of finished goods to standard.Test and verify in process materials, as well as finished goods, and product sampling.Provide correct specifications, mixing sheets, and test sheets to production lines and supervisors for the product initial runs, and pull samples for research laboratories.Communicate effectively with production and inventory staff to efficiently process product.Ensure employees are following all quality, food safety/SQF and Good Manufacturing Practices and procedures.Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on 2nd shift, which operates from 2:30p.m. to 11:00p.m. Monday through Friday with some overtime and Saturdays as needed.About You:You'll fit right in if you have:Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite SoftwareSAP experience or any other Enterprise Resource Planning systemPrior experience in manufacturing and basic math functionsStrong communication and organizational skills; with the ability to work independently.Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
