Other duties may be assigned on an as needed basis. Responsible for all USDA/Canada Label Submittals.Work with USDA/Canada Consultants to ensure packaging meets all regulations.Proof all package labeling to ensure compliance with USDA/Canada regulations and company guidelines.Responsible for final signoff on the SGS Remote/Supplier/Customer Approval proofing websites - includes Web-to-Web and manual approval routings.Responsible for final sign off of live packaging samples prior to releasing to the plant for production.Report project progress, maintain all tracking documentation and lead the weekly Graphics Meeting.Issue film/label samples for graphics books as updates are made.Create/maintain the Management of Change documentation required to transition into new packaging materials.Load and maintain packaging specifications into Document Locator (pallet patterns, package images, etc.).Maintain accurate files of USDA/Graphics approvals.Serve as the key contact concerning graphics internally and externally (Sales/Marketing, Agencies, Pre-Press, Customers, Suppliers/Printers).Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
