As our Clinical Director, you'll be responsible for overseeing our ABA division and playing a pivotal role in its development. Total compensation is $94,000 - $107,000, which includes your base salary and $12,000 annual bonus based on efficiency & quality care metrics. - Clinical Quality Leadership:Play a pivotal role in managing and elevating clinical quality standards. Your oversight will be instrumental in enhancing service delivery and managing metrics such as delivered-to-recommended hours, parent training, efficiency, and assessment turnaround time.

- Data-Driven Management:Utilize our advanced OBM (Organizational Behavior Management) platform for insightful data analysis and decision-making. We've made leading and coaching easier through automated scorecards, goals, and metrics at an organizational, center, and employee-level.
Mentorship and Professional Development:Take on the role of mentor to full-time fieldwork students. Nurture their growth while receiving the support you need in report writing and supervision. Requirements: - At least3 years of management experienceand1 year of experience as a BCBA, in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
