We have an opportunity at our corporate offices in Chicago for a Program Manager on our Human Resources team. This is a hybrid position reporting into our Chicago, IL office, requiring 3 days a week in the office. As a Program Manager, you will design, implement, and evaluate programs and initiatives that promote inclusion and belonging across the enterprise, including creating internal resources, processes, and programs for the DEI team to support employee resource groups. Responsible for assessing the impact of DEI initiatives, infrastructure, and inclusion efforts within the AMA's existing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion framework.
