NTN has an immediate opening in our Industrial Aftermarket Sales Department for Business Development Specialist. This position is designed to support the growth and well-being of our Corporate Accounts processes from a sales field facing level. The candidate will have to have the ability to learn quickly and eventually manage multiple processes. Being task oriented and communicating clearly is a critical component to this position. Candidates will have to have a basic understanding of Excell, Word, Power Point, and a strong willingness to learn to utilize our CRM system (Sales Force). This position is a hybrid and will combine corporate accounts with fields sales in both structure and duties. Value selling is a major responsibility that will be combined with supporting value selling through completing our corporate account processes in regions and territories. Job responsibilities: Take ownership of Corporate Accounts responsibilities in open territories without TM. Support TMs and territories that are behind in 3PRO. Take ownership of corporate accounts responsibilities when CA and RM require it. Address and drive Value selling through our CA and 3PRO processes at the sales and plant level. Manage all account activity from a sales level in Connect 2.0 (Completing open tasks and supporting the completing of open tasks with our sales teams). Manage and keep CA scorecards and Dashboards updated and progressing in a positive direction. Skills/Requirements: |
