Erlanger, KY.Position Summary:The Finance Manager is responsible to provide financial support through analyzing data, developing financial plans, drawing conclusions and summarizing insights for leaders making critical business decisions.
This role focuses on supporting Human Resource and Global Communication teams and builds alignment between enterprise human capital metrics and financial metrics.
The ideal candidate must be able to leverage their financial skills and experiences to effectively partner with and support functional leadership.Job Responsibilities:Coordinate preparation and reporting of annual plan, monthly forecasts, key performance measures, and performance reporting for HR LeadershipManage enterprise Human Capital Planning through collaboration and coordination between cross functional teams; consolidate and report on enterprise wide metricsDrive governance and standardization of cost center hierarchy in Employee Central to ensure alignment with finance reporting structures to improve quality and efficiency of headcount metricsLiaison with Corporate Controller on financial impacts and/or process changes with regards to ADM's Total Rewards programsAbility to influence others within a matrix environmentSupport financial questions and requests from the HR and Global Communications teamsEducation and Capabilities:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA is a plusMinimum of 5-year experience in finance related areas, experience in FP&A, controlling, auditing, or accounting is a plusStrong quantitative and analytical skillsGood communication skills - objective, clear, concise, both written and verbalExperience with dynamic visualization of data in Power Point and other presentation materialsGood organization skills to manage multiple priorities in a matrix environmentExcited about this role but don't meet every requirement listed?
