We're hiring! Beacon Hill has partnered with a reputable association in downtown Chicago in hiring an Accreditation Administrator to start immediately! This is a temp-to-hire position.

Summary:
Our client is seeking a meticulous and highly organized Accreditation Administrator to manage the accreditation process for the organization. The Accreditation Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the institution meets all necessary standards and requirements set forth by accrediting bodies. This role involves coordinating accreditation activities, preparing documentation, liaising with accrediting agencies, and facilitating accreditation site visits. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of accreditation standards and procedures.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate the accreditation process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all accreditation standards and requirements.
2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accreditation standards and procedures relevant to our institution.
3. Prepare accreditation documentation, including self-studies, reports, and compliance statements, in accordance with accrediting agency guidelines.
4. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather information and data necessary for accreditation reports.
5. Serve as the primary point of contact for accrediting agencies, responding to inquiries and facilitating communication throughout the accreditation process.
6. Schedule and organize accreditation site visits, including arranging meetings, coordinating logistics, and preparing facilities.
7. Participate in accreditation site visits as a liaison between the accrediting agency and our institution, providing support and assistance as needed.
8. Monitor and track accreditation timelines and deadlines, ensuring that all requirements are met in a timely manner.
9. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to maintain and improve accreditation status.
10. Keep accurate records of accreditation activities, documents, and correspondence.
11. Provide training and support to staff members involved in the accreditation process.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, business administration, public administration).
2. Previous experience in accreditation or regulatory compliance required.
3. Strong understanding of accreditation standards and procedures.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
8. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
9. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
