As a Capital One Software Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to be on the forefront of driving a major transformation within Capital One. - -Team Description:Blue Lobsters is a full stack team based in Chicago working in Card Partnerships group solving use cases for our customers in Card Partnerships LOB. We are currently working on a greenfield development on a credit card decisioning platform - building various backend capabilities for our platform users. Strong team collaboration across multiple teams. Immediately you will contribute to primarily GoLang APIs but may have the opportunity to work with other languages in the future. You will be challenged to problem solve and design solutions and will enjoy a fast-paced and collaborative work environment where new ideas and solutions are encouraged and rewarded.What You'll Do: - - Collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies

- Collaborate with digital product managers, and deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences to help millions of Americans achieve financial empowerment
- Utilize programming languages like JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and a variety of AWS tools and services -Basic Qualifications: -
- Bachelor's Degree
