Coordinates meals at various sites by submitting daily food orders to the caterer which includes but is not limited to communicating with owners/managers to ensure proper number of meals prepared. 2. Supports all sites by filling in as Site Coordinator when required. 3. Executes monthly billing ensuring that all bills are correct and mailed according to established schedule. 4. Receives client payment information and prepares bank deposits. 5. Maintains up-to-date and accurate files and databases, as required by agency/programmatic policies and procedures, professional standards, and external requirements of all relevant regulatory, licensing or accrediting bodies in the course of performing job expectations. 6. Handles a wide array of administrative tasks to ensure compliance with agency/programmatic policies and procedures, professional standards, external requirements of all relevant regulatory, licensing or accrediting bodies in the course of performing job expectations. 7. Completes all required documentation in accordance with agency/programmatic policies and procedures, professional standards, and external requirements of all relevant regulatory, licensing or accrediting bodies. 8. Responsible for maintaining, updating and submitting routine and ad-hoc reports, as necessary. PLEASE NOTE:*Essential functions include all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
