The courier should be a reliable, trustworthy team player who can contribute to the success of the team by facilitating smooth communication and providing excellent service in the logistics and delivery aspects of our real estate operations to ensure total client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate for this crucial role possesses strong organizational and communication skills. They should be tech-savvy, able to adapt in a dynamic work environment and have a positive and cheerful attitude. Customer service experience is essential, as the role involves interacting with clients, agents, and the operations department daily.

This is a Full-Time position Monday-Friday and is eligible for benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k)

The Gellman Team has two offices: Chesterfield and Shrewsbury.--Your primary office would be out of our Shrewsbury location but would occasionally work at Chesterfield if necessary.

Responsibilities:
--- Print and deliver new listing marketing materials, signs, supra/lockboxes, and flyer boxes to our listings on a daily basis
--- Picking up signs and lock boxes for closings
--- Other miscellaneous trips include but are not limited to the post office, Chesterfield office, title companies, supply stores, bulk mailing centers, and printing centers
--- Act as a liaison between clients, agents, and the operations department
--- Printing various marketing materials daily and as needed for special projects
--- Deliver and pick up open house signs for open houses during the week
--- Additional administrative-related tasks as assigned, including lead auditing in our CRM databases

Qualifications:
--- Smartphone with reliable cell and internet coverage
--- Technologically proficient - familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite
--- Customer service experience
--- Driving/delivery experience preferred
--- Real Estate industry experience preferred
--- Positive and cheerful attitude
--- Team player
--- Clean driving record - background check required
--- Local driving knowledge of North St Louis County, West County, South County, St Charles County, and surrounding areas
--- Reliable transportation to and from the office is required. Courier vehicle provided for use during business hours
