How about improving your current work/life balance with a shorter commute, flex scheduling and occasional work from home?<br> <br>If you feel confident in this position being the next step in your career, please contact to Chris Recupido at 312-596-6124 for immediate consideration. <br> <br>Sponsorship or relocation will not be offered for this opportunity.<br> <br> <br> <br>• Working closely with Product team to prioritize the product backlog<br>• Managing a team of software engineers, database developers, and other software development positions.<br>• Participating in all stages of the software development lifecycle.<br>• Serving as a subject matter expert.<br>• Coordinating activities with other teams including Technical Operations, QA, Product Management, Project Management, Service Ops and Creative teams<br>• Leading efforts in developing standards and best practices including effective code reviews.<br>• Performing studies and providing innovative recommendations and solutions for transforming digital marketing solutions<br>• Evaluating application and hardware requirements for various systems and providing recommendations to Service Operations team<br>• Evaluating and coordinating with vendors to enhance the technical capabilities of the business and our products.<br>• Managing a team of software engineers, providing feedback and mentoring, conducting performance reviews, and assisting with recruitment.<br> <br>For consideration, you must have the following: <br> <br>• 12+ years of experience in software development<br>• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred<br>• 2+ years of experience managing project and project timelines as a scrum master. Expertise with Agile values, principals and the Scrum framework.<br>• 5+ years of experience in managing a team of software engineers<br>• Experience creating applications for Healthcare industry is preferred<br>• Ability to analyze problems and develop complete solutions<br>• Expertise in designing, coding, unit testing, and debugging complex web-based software applications.<br>• Excellent communication and influencing skills<br>• Excellent organization skills and the ability to achieve results within tight deadlines<br>• Excellent decision making skills<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills<br> <br> <br></span><br></span> More...
