Position Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, coordination, execution and completion of IT infrastructure projects.
• Work closely with Uline teams in designing / engineering infrastructure projects and manage external vendors in the implementation of infrastructure.
• Develop detailed work plans identifying things like project timelines and milestones, risk assessment and management plans and staffing needs.
• Establish and provide high quality and informative written and verbal project communications including weekly status, dashboard and project updates. Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing infrastructure projects.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Project and Office.
  • Experience managing projects with a variety of technologies, platforms and enterprise-wide impact.
  • Experience with hardware refreshes, operating system upgrade planning, Disaster Recovery and IT requirements for building construction, a plus. Benefits
