Onsite HR Coordinator - Ringwood, IL Kelly Project Services, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking an Onsite HR Coordinator for a long-term engagement at one of our Global clients in Ringwood, IL. This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position. As a KellyOCG employee you will be eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from. You ll also be eligible for paid time off, including holiday and paid time off. All Kelly Project Services employees receive annual performance reviews. Title: Onsite HR Coordinator Location: Ringwood (60072), ability to travel to Elk Grove Village office as needed weekly Hours: Mon- Fri. flexible schedule (may need mornings a few day, evenings on others) Pay: $21 and up hr; plus benefits and PTO Duration: long term Our Onsite HR Coordinator is accountable for: - - Providing front-line support to both clients and employees, ensuring excellence in delivery Managing and executing strategies to drive employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance. - Executing programs that drive?redeployment/retention, skill improvement, and efficient communication - Actively inform Talent of safety policies, standard?methodologies,?and updates - Driving and executing process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores - Maintaining operational efficiency and delivery at the highest quality services to meet the customer needs As Talent issues arise, ensure resolution occurs in a timely and professional manner. - - Essential Skills: Ability to actively build and maintain both internal and external business relationships - Results-Oriented, hardworking, and have strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment - Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of management. Seeking a minimum of 2+ years of staffing experience, preferably working within a manufacturing environment; understanding of HR/staffing practices such as on-boarding and off-boarding plus employment law is preferred.
