Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Electronics Warfare Engineer (Level 4) to join the F-15 Electronic Warfare team located in St Louis, MO. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization.This position will be supporting multiple Domestic and Foreign Military Sale (FMS) Development programs as part of the F-15 Mission Systems organization. The primary responsibilities for this individual will be focused on the development and integration of defensive systems on multiple variants of the F-15 Platform and oversee digital and RF hardware redesigns. This position will plan, review, and brief these efforts to Customer and Boeing technical and leadership representatives. In addition, the individual will be responsible for managing technical performance of critical suppliers to ensure integration and verification of installed system performance.Position Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive plans, procedures and events for requirements allocation, hardware/software qualification test, performance test, verification, problem reporting and data analysis.
- Evaluate and assess the performance of electronic warfare systems, including radar warning subsystems, aircraft integration and aircraft system-level performance.
- Conduct trade studies to inform design decisions and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate across functions, programs, and organizations, including production and research and development programs.
- Lead the development of trade studies, modeling, simulation, and other forms of analysis to predict component interconnects and system performance, ensuring design optimization.
- Lead the development and execution of critical test to validate design performance against requirements.
- Manage critical supplier and partner performance to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Provide ongoing support throughout the lifecycle of products, offering guidance and assistance in resolving complex issues.
- Support project management by coordinating the development of work statements, budgets, schedules and other necessary inputs, while conducting appropriate reviews.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. - An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
- Ability to travel 10-20% of the time
- Ability to obtain program access for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship onlyPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
