This includes leading a growing team responsible for our content strategy, creation and publication; content optimization and SEO; SEM and paiddigital advertising; our outbound marketing strategy, campaign implementation and creation, our social media efforts and eCommerce results. This individual will also oversee the marketing elements of our PIM data (product information management). This individual will be responsible for working with business owners across the organization to determine the right digital strategy to maximize our full funnel; build awareness, drive engagement, encourage consideration and then ultimately, conversion. Through implementing the right strategies and then measuring and monitoring success, they will be responsible for continually improving the capabilities, resources, tools and effectiveness of the team. New Ways of Work : This position has been segmented as hybrid meaning the work is a combination of 3 days onsite In Rosemont, IL or West Linn, OR (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and 2 days remotely (Monday and Friday) as defined by the role segmentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
---
Create, deploy and monitor our digital marketing strategy.
Manage a growing team of professionals who will bring our digital marketing to life.---
Work with IT to ensure we are optimizing the right technology to achieve our goals.
Lead efforts to further develop the use of our marketing stack, and/or modify the elements within it.---
Oversee our efforts in content creation and deployment.
This includes increasing awareness within the digital space through paid, earned, and owned placement.---
Oversee our efforts to ensure continued advancements in SEO through content creation and placement.---
Oversee SEM, paid social and paid programmatic, measuring traffic and CPC.
Determine optimal budget and placement per channel.---
Oversee our CHEFSTORE.com website ensuring we have the right content in the right place and are optimizing the customer journey.---
Closely track key metrics and identify gaps/opportunities as appropriate. Improve our use of data and analytics to drive decision-making.---
Be the owner of our digital marketing metric dashboard.
Responsible for sharing the key elements and insights from the dashboard with senior leaders across the organization.---
Work with the marketing team and our business partners to understand our key strategies and activities. Develop the digital marketing strategies to support our success.---
Collaborate with our merchandising and selling organization to ensure we are continually focused on the right product strategies to help our sellers succeed. SUPERVISION :Manager, Digital Content,Manager, Marketing Automation,Manager, Ecommerce RELATIONSHIPS
Internal:
Interact with all levels of associates within the CHEF'STORE. Collaborate with US Foods associates in multiple functions and levels including Marketing, Merchandising, IT, etc.
External:
Interact with consultants, vendors, and other third parties as necessary for projects and ongoing business concerns.
WORK ENVIRONMENT Primarily work indoors in a climate-controlled office environment. Operate Office equipment, including personal computer and phone.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS At least 8+ years in digital marketing with a consumer-facing or strong B2B organization, with at least 4 years in a management position.
Must have working knowledge of multiple elements of the digital marketing mix including SEO, SEM, campaign automation, lead generation, programmatic advertising, social media and eCommerce.
Previous experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
Travel as required to work with the team, to tour the stores and see our efforts in action. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS ---
Previous experience leading digital marketing teams in B2C or strong B2B organizations.---
Understanding of how to obtain and use data to drive decisions.
Structured problem-solving mindset, and the ability to create business cases using a finance lens.---
"Roll up your sleeves" mindset who has hands-on experience in several key elements of the digital marketing mix.

Understanding of the core components of product and service marketing; ability to create and deliver value propositions and ensure that campaign strategies are optimized to build awareness and interest.---
Outstanding communication skills with audiences of all levels.---
Experience in a complex organization which supports a variety of stakeholders. Ability to build and maintain excellent working partnerships across the organization.---
Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiastic, team player and self-starter that seeks excellence.
Education ---
At least a four-year college degree in business or marketing preferred. PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS Must be able to perform the following physical activities for described length of time.List the required physical activities including length of time performing each activity referencing the key below.The following information is provided in accordance with certain state and local laws. Compensation depends on experience, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law.
In Washington, the expected compensation for this role is between $109,000 and $140,000.
This role is also eligible for annual incentive plan bonus.
