Position Summary Under the direction of the Medical Director of the University of Idaho Vandal Health Clinic, provide health care to pediatric, adolescent and adult patients. This position will perform and maintain standards of care in: General Medicine Gynecology Sports Medicine Trauma Infectious Diseases including STIs Minor Surgical Skills Dermatology Women’s Health Psychosocial Medicine Required Qualifications Experience in young adult health, public health, or college health. A terminal degree (M.D., D.O.) Board certified or Board eligible Active State of Idaho Physician and Surgeon Medical License or ability to obtain by hire date Active DEA and Idaho Controlled Substances registrations or ability to obtain by hire date Basic Life Support Provider Certification upon hire Preferred Qualifications Five (5) or more years of experience as a Physician in an ambulatory setting Experience working with or knowledge of the HIPAA of 1996 and FERPA , pertaining to the release of protected health information More...
