Position Overview Under the direction of the UICDA CEO or delegate, the Transfer Recruiter is responsible for increasing transfer enrollment to the University of Idaho, with a primary focus on strengthening the transfer student pipeline from NIC to UICDA , Moscow-based programs and online degree pathways. This position works collaboratively with Strategic Enrollment Management ( SEM ) recruiters, college recruitment directors, academic units and advising partners to identify, recruit and support prospective transfer students. The Transfer Recruiter provides coordinated outreach on the NIC campus and serves as a primary point of contact for transfer students from inquiry through enrollment. The Transfer Recruiter maintains a visible University of Idaho presence on NIC’s campus, develops and sustains relationships with NIC and other community education partners, and implements recruitment strategies that support transfer enrollment growth, student persistence and clearly defined academic pathways. This role directly contributes to university-wide enrollment goals, improved transfer outcomes and strengthened institutional partnerships in North Idaho. This is a temporary position aligned with the Vandal Transfer Advantage NIC Pilot project. The position may be continued beyond the initial period if additional funding becomes available.
