What We Offer Weekly pay of $25.00 per hour Direct deposit & debit card payment options Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance Get weekends off Weekly Pay Machinist Tasks & Duties Carry out production, inspection, packaging and machine operation duties Read, analyze, and follow blueprints and sketch designs (including computer-aided design (CAD) and/or computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) files) Set-up, calibrate, maintain Align and place tools, cutters, guides, and stops correctly in the machine Ensure machine parts are made to correct specifications by reading design manuals, blueprints, sketches, etc. Operate manual machinery and oversee automated machines Run test products to ensure quality and accuracy of production meets the set standard Oversee machines, belts, any moving pieces, etc. during the production process and adjust speed and/or movements as needed Observe and monitor input/output, accuracy, and efficiency of the machine Finish pieces by grinding, smoothing or shaping as necessary Present finished pieces to management for review or customers for purchase Dispose of and/or recycle any waste in line with company and state environmental policy Machinist Shift Info Day Shift, 6:00am to 2:00pm Monday - Friday Machinist Qualifications (Requirements/Skills) Machinist experience preferred Must be able to use Micrometers and Calipers Able to work in the US Able to pass a background check Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Strong knowledge of machines in a manufacturing setting High mathematical and mechanical acuity with experience reading blueprints and schematics Ability to accurately read blueprints, sketches and/or computer-aided designs Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Apply today!
