Sodexo is seeking a dynamic and seasoned General Manager 4 to oversee facilities and maintenance operations at a healthcare facility. Responsibilities include strategic planning, financial management, regulatory compliance, and leading a diverse team to exceed the standards of service and performance. Develop and execute strategic operations and maintenance plans in alignment with organizational goals. Manage a comprehensive facilities team, leading efforts in maintenance, cleanliness, and safety. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and cost-efficiency. Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial management to ensure operational cost-effectiveness. Liaise with healthcare administrators and staff to align facilities management with patient care objectives. Conduct regular inspections and implement necessary changes to the infrastructure to increase efficiency and reliability.
