Department Intro The AI Solutions Group (AISG) focuses on delivering advanced memory solutions that enable leading AI platforms and accelerated computing systems. The team works closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply operations, quality, sales, and marketing to bring High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) products to market at scale. Position Overview The Product Manager role within AISG is an entry‑level, foundational position designed for recent graduates interested in building a career in product management within Micron’s AI and advanced memory business. The role supports the development, launch, and lifecycle management of HBM products while providing hands‑on exposure to cross‑functional execution and customer‑driven decision making. Responsibilities - Support product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps for HBM products serving AI and accelerated computing markets, incorporating customer, system, and market inputs - Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams in Asia to support execution from early development through qualification and high‑volume production - Contribute to customer enablement and new product introduction activities, including product launch readiness and post‑launch performance monitoring - Assist with financial and business analysis, including demand forecasts, cost structures, pricing assumptions, and revenue targets - Gather and analyze market, industry, and competitive information related to AI systems, memory architectures, and emerging technology trends Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field with demonstrated technical coursework or experience - Knowledge of or strong interest in semiconductor hardware and software, computer architecture, AI systems, or related technologies - Ability to analyze complex technical and business information and communicate insights clearly and concisely - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in cross‑functional and globally distributed teams - Demonstrated learning agility, hands‑on approach, and ability to take on increasing responsibility over time Preferred Qualifications - Exposure to product management concepts through coursework, projects, internships, or research - Familiarity with AI platforms, accelerated computing systems, or advanced memory technologies - Experience analyzing market or competitive data to support business or technical decisions - Interest in understanding how product decisions impact cost, schedule, customer satisfaction, and financial performance The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $95,000.00 - $214,000.00 a year Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
